Tail motor slowing down

Hey guys, my tail motor has not been running as smooth as it used to and I was wondering if there was any way to free it up.

How many flights do you have on it? Those brushed motors don't last forever. I did notice on mine one time that (from me flying it in the house) a strand of my daughter's hair had been wound up between the motor & the rotor.

I have maybe 20 flights on it so far

That's not that many, although its performance can be effected by the severity of crashes. If you've hit it really good a few times, it might be worth it to just go ahead & replace it. I'd suggest the long tail boom assembly - BLH3602L

I had a motor start siezing up with less than 10 flights before. I just installed a different motor and went on and never had anymore problems with it. I got them cheap enough it wasn't worth the trouble of sending it back.
