Default Question on Log

Had a couple questions regarding what i was seeing in log.
Quick rundown of what i have going, Trex 450 pro V2 with dfc head, had beastx on it and wanted to go to vbar so basically just took BX off and installed miniv and did setup.I had to turn the cyclic gain down on the BX to get rid of the wobbles,I just setup the vbar at default of 60 i think for 450 size.
Anyways spooled up and got about 6" off ground and severe shaking of the skids,so intended to set it back down but it took off to the left and before i could catch it basically tipped over. I had used 1 layer of 3m 4010 tape to mount it,my cc lite 50 is plugged into the throttle channel of my 6203 sbus rx and the sbus cable carrys the power up to miniv.
So i thought i would look at the log see what it said, only thing i saw that concerned me was a couple Low Voltage Rail and there was a couple of them at like 3.2 volt and 2.5, and i also saw a Warmrestart.
All setup on bench was done with a LiFe pack bypassing the esc and my cc ice is set at 6v, so not sure what going on. ideas?

Well got new parts in today, first thing throwing dfc in toolbox atm and going back to stock head and I will run my esc/throt lead directly to MiniV instead of leaving it plugged into rx,then see what happens.

Well got it all back together, and ran esc to rxb instead of leaving it in rx. Hooked it all up and ran the vib analyzer and highest reading I got was 166. After vib test worked all servos around, lowest voltage shown on live display showed 6.05 so downloaded event log again and didn't see any Low Voltage Rail warnings anymore, but there was a Warmstart error in there again?

Ok gonna post files, the last of the log is sitting on the bench working the sticks motor not running use a lipo at storage voltage. I'm starting to think my bec in the ice lite 50 not up to the task.
Well just did another test hooked up LiFe pack instead of esc ran same test moving sticks all about,no low voltage or errors of anykind.
