Another soldier down

I have a rather old 600 cf kit.. I have flown mayb 30 40 flights on it n the year n a half I have had it.. lately I have "wanted to fly it. Got her goin pretty smooth.. Knew today was a good day for us her flying. So I lubed her bearings. repacked the thrust beairngs and was ready for today. had 4 packs already done and said the infamous"last one"... 3 min into the flight. and I mean tik toks. flips loops even under a foot inverted hover.. all I was doin was coming round a corner and BAAAAM. O boy that heli hit like it was a BOMB.. parts were flying EVERYWHERE.. plastic bits raining and sliding across the lot.. GEESHUS..

.. Who knows what happened all I know is if I freeze up brain fart or dumbthumb.. I'd say it no problem.. but who knows what happened I thought glitch.. but being so the pack was ejected with almost every other part that was screwed to the heli.. checking for blinking lites not gonna happen. lol..

She was getting old for her day anyway .. mayb its time for a new 600 or mayb a chance to try the 550..

I think I'm gonna need new electrics anyway.. Whatcha think guys
I'll miss ya Rexy.. you hv served me well.. to me you went out like a ol Vet is supposed to.. fighting and with a bang.. No I'm not putting it back together lol

Wow, great pic

well you have a motor (maybe) and a esc (probably)

you destroyed that one. looked alot like my 600efl when she went in inverted
low inverted flight and the ground just dont go to gether

@Satgod, she's on the table now.. will take it apart tomorrow and see whats bad I know 2 servos are finished well gears anyway.. the motor i'll take as a loss. lol I wanted a mx anyway.. I wish I had filmed the flight.. that was a WICKED crash..

@Pril.. aren't we. Jus don't know if I want a efl pro or a 550 choices choices..

Got 4 flights thru the protos today. good flights but I miss my big air Heli already.

Wow, that was ugly! Looks like the flybar paddles can be saved!
