Helidirect down?

Is anyone else having helidirect not load on their computer or is it just me?

That's weird.

I don't know ????? that is rather strange. I was able to bring the site up and log on no problem again. Maybe it has something to do with your IP. 3 computers having the same issue (I guessing in the same house) what else could it be.

Works fine from here this morning. The new site design is an absolute pig on a slow internet connection. They've also been having to do some major retooling due to some security issues, so they may still be sorting that out.

I can't connect at all for two days to their web site... seems obvious there is a problem somewhere - they are going to lose biz over this - If I can't even bring up their site - I can't buy anything, and I have bought a ton of stuff recently for my Goblin! I suggest they need their web site admin to investigate this

also... I think the problem started after I received an email from Helidirect about a support ticket I submitted - there was a login required to view the ticket - and it would not work with my normal login - after that I think I could no longer even surf to the site - very weird!!

OK... so just talked to a Helidirect rep on phone, and it seems there might be something has been going on with IP blocking and I am told there are working on it now. If you have a problem you should call them - 781-443-7409

Just curious, is helidirect the same as cncheli? Got my hdx300 from cncheli & all my parts from here.

No.. not the same.. but they both carry parts for the "HDX" brand. They sometimes have parts for my HC500.....as well as the HDXbirds...

Exact same thing has happened to me. Had a support ticket, login required that didn't work, and now I can't connect to their site. I will call them tomorrow.
