My Aileron rolls where not a tight as the evel rolls but the deg/sec was higher. I measured the cyclic on the bench ( not in dir setup) and aileron was way lower for some reason. Set the limits so the aileron matched the elev, lowered the aileron control rate so the deg/sec was closer to matching elev rates and now it feels better and more consistant. Also to high of gain did more harm than good, excessive cyclic interaction in wind and affected the stationary piors
