Default Gensace 1 cell low new pack advice?

Hey guys

I purchased 4 Raiden 2850 mah 6S batteries 2 months ago, only had 3-4 cycles each and 2 had 1 cell that would charge to 4.20 while the others were at 4.01 and couldn't fully charge the packs or get somewhere around 4.14 maybe sometimes.

I thought it was my bad for buying crap unknown brand, so I got gensace blue 2600 mah 6S packs 30C. Charged them last night and one charged fine the other had a bad cell did the same as my raiden packs. 1x 4.20 while 5x 4.00.

Is this something I must do to break them in to help this even out with new packs? I was planning to break in the gensace with 5 full charges with 2 min flights each to 50% then recharge as I heard this was good break in practice.

Any advice would be welcome I have some 5000 mah gens ace I'm using next week need to work this out before I try out those 4 expensive packs.

My charger is this one :

Handles 5 amps x 4 charging ports 4 seperate balancers. Standard firmware like other balance chargers

Chan you check the packs with somthing other than the charger?

are you charging always from the same port?

Seems the charger is doing something funky there...

Turns out it was one of the 4 charging units. Just checked one of the batteries that wasn't balancing properly and found the 6th cell was .15 lower on one of the 4 but reading accurately on the other 3. Guess I'll avoid using that 4th one till I see if I can get it warrantied

Man, for that kind of price the charger should come with a life time warranty.

When you send it back for repair see if you can get your money back.

For that kind of dough you can get a 1000W high output charger with a parallel board.

Newbie purchase we all have them. It's a great charger for 2200 3s and I can charge 450 packs at the same time as 500's. Charged using AC and DC so think its a good charger apart from the balancing issues which may well mean its not. Hope they'll warranty it.

No you can't not one that works of ac power and has 4 charging ports also with DC plugin. The closest is like $80-99 but is DC only snd needs a seperate power supply this needs no power supply just jam into ac off you go.

I had the same issue with one of mine, charged it and it now has 104 cycles on it and holding better than my Hyperion batteries, which by the way have less cycles on them.

IRS really weird one port I'm testing which charges my 500 batteries all crap with the 6th cell off at 4.20 while the other 5 are at 4.10. That was on raided 2850 nah 6S and also same result with brand new 2600 mah 6s gensace. Then I plugged in my bend new 5300 mah 6S and charged on this port and one other and they all perfectly balanced to 4.20. Whenever there is a bad balance it's 100% always the 6th cell that's off.

Now I'm confused. Either way I'll be looking to buy an icharger or whatever is the best on the market for big batteries next week this is BS probably ruining batteries.

So whats the best ichatger this cell 10 pro or something?

Is Dale including the new fused para board for free or are they still the unfused ones? If they are the unfused boards, I would pass. The fused boards are worth the extra money.

I don't know if it is the new one or not.

My old one still works just fine, at least till it doesn't.

I believe that in a not too distant future, we will look back on the days of charging without fuses as the "dark ages" of parallel charging.

I know when I purchased my 206b last November they were not fused. When I purchased my 306b and meanwell 1000w PS from him back in February or March of this year, I got it with the board for EC5's and that one was fused.
