Default I'm confused

I fly the genius for several weeks and it was nice until I decided to upgrade to Walkera BL kit
Unfortunately I read the threads on HeliFreak too late
The upgrading of Walkera causes a headache

I'm confused
Is it possible to fly the genius with the Walkera BL-ESC and keep the original tail?
Or
I should add ESC to a tail in addition to Walkera upgrade?
Or
I need to install two ESC instead of Walkera ESC?
Or
return to the original version and fly semi 3D.

I appreciate the advice

I do believe there is a lot of issues with the brushless tail. I would just upgrade the main motor and leave the tail brushed. I recently upgraded my main motor and put KBDD tail blades on and couldn't be happier.

Leave the tail stock and change the blade only. Check out the mcpx v2/v3 tail rotor blade. You can also find this blade on wowhobbies.com genius cp parts page. It's listed as a pro tail rotor with extra pitch. This rotor actually does fairly well with a brushless upgrade.

Hp03, c05, bockman motor. Think the 03 is the smallest out of those. After reading several posts here and on rcg I chose the bockman. I have not ran a c05 so I cannot compare. Think the walkera BL upgrade is a c05 as well but not possitive on that.

I've done exactly the same thing myself, after beating my motors up with a "Momentary Lapse of Joystick" and planting my CP on top of the lights after bouncing off the ceiling. Walkera BL kit, ignore the BL tail, replace stock tail rotor (and motor in my case, cuz I bent it too) with the Blade one.

I have the Walkera BL kit ordered along with a new OEM stock tail motor; they're on their way here from China even as we speak. I picked up the recommended mCP X/2 tail rotor (Blade Part # BLH3603) from my LHS; now I'm just puttering around with it until my motors come.

Time to get the programming right!

My joystick was not at all joyful to me at that moment...
