help with phoenix

i downloaded v4 just fine on my laptop and its working just fine as long as it in the smaller screen, as soon as i try to maximize the screen it goes black and white, ive tried changing the resolution on my screen to fix it but it still did the same thing, what am i doing wrong?

Maybe your PC can't keep up. Try reducing the "graphics quality" inside Phoenix.
System ---> Program setup ---> Display ---> Graphics quality
