Ebay has a metal 450 pro tail servo mount that holds micro and mini servos for $4.99 ,and there's also a carbon adapter plate for $2.49 ,both of these are affordable and direct fit !!

Yes that is true. But mine actually shifts the servo up so the tail control rod is parallel with the boom. The ones on eBay you would have to shim up to do this.

Skookum only has a choice of up to 760 / 333 , also if you notice the speed only goes down to .04sec. The number that is important is the 760 it's the center position pulse length of the servo. The 560 number is the frequency. Basically its the speed that the gyro / servo talks to each other. So where the 333hz isn't ideal it will work. Just not as fast as 560hz. So to answer your question yes the ds95i will work on the sk720.

I have also mounted my 95i on to the boom, it makes life so much easyer when you have to take the tail off.
