Hello from a Newbie. Editing questions

Hi to all. Am new to the forum, so please bear with me. I have a question regarding Phoenix RC. I've been using this for 2-3 months now until the computer packed up on me last week.
After reinstalling it, I fancied a try at editing some colour schemes etc... However, here's the prob. I can't find a download for Phoenix creator on their site anymore? Secondly, the textures won't load into Photoshop, I have installed the Nvidea DDS plugin for it but nothing seems to work? Like I said initially 'bear with me', so if I have posted this in the wrong bit or something please accept my appologies. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you also downloaded the new software updates?
