looking at the heli from the rear, the tail rotor should push air to the right.

You have a 50/50 chance of getting right the first time. Lately, I haven't been that lucky.

Hello gents

I dont think i worded my question clearly what i meant was which way does the actual front connector on the 120SR tail wire go into the socket on the 3 in 1 or is it the same way as a stock tail.

I have had more than a few tail and main motors that were wired backwards right from the factory, so I didnt see the point in saying red left, orange right, as it may or may not be correct for you.

If you plug it in and the tail rotor pushes air in the wrong direction then you flip it around.

I dont know if it's just me or what but I have had a bunch of tail and main motors like this I don't even look at the color of the wires any more..lol I just plug them in and see if they are spinning the right way.

Thank you Hoghunter7mm i was sure i read somewhere that it was connected opposite to the stock connection but i was not sure whether it would just reverse the motor or blow the tail mosfet.

I have just noticed that there is some red on one side of the connector i take it that the red side denotes the positive pin.
