Default Guec GS-502 broken...

Hi guys

Looks like my tail servo from stock supercombo decided to stop working today, hopefully just 2 meters from the floor lol

Dunno really if was just gears or entire servo...

I have to help the tailblades to move with my hand to make the servo reacts to stick inputs.

Anyone knows where can i get servo gears replacements? Or a new servo for tail if is recommended...

Im from spain, so if can be buy in europe, cool, if not, what servo did u install on the beast? A torq 9188? maybe?

Thanks and bye!

Here is the 502 Gear Set part number: 208634

Just do a local search or if you have a local hobby shop that stocks Gaui parts they should be able to get them for you.

Same thing happened to an Align ds650 tail servo on my trex 600. Sad to say but it was not the gears. Still worth checking in your case but I bet the servo is done.

Surprise, its alive again lol

Now im scared to flight with this servo lol

Ive been like 5 minutes moving the stick in rate mode until the servo gets absoluty hot and no more stucks, anyway by the price of the gears replacements, i purchased a ds650, just in case.

The servo worked like 45 days, no crashes or tail hits with the ground, just magically stopped working lol

Looks like the problem is temperature related.

Today, same thing but on aileron servo.

I just put down the bec from 6v to stock voltage

Im moving to align ds650 and ds610 but they are rated to work up to 60 celsius degrees and gaui ones up to 70

Today here in my town we have up to 40º plus the heat from servos, maybe they reached the temperature limit?
