Default V450d01 tip over on takeoff

Heli keeps titling over, breaking main gears on takeoff. Been using swash leveler to verify swash, servos are at 90. Redid V27202 setup several times. Not sure what else to check. Could it be issues with one of servos?

Savox cyclic servos.

It tips over as soon as I throttle! I think its problem with v2702/strip servos. Have to reprogram it. Usually it spools up nice.

Either turn off 6-axis, or try getting into the air faster. If you lag too long on the ground with an fbl system, the gyro will get confused and effectively tip the heli over.

I am familar with FBL as I fly Gaui/beastx and V120 also. Something mechanical or gyro is issue here. Will troubleshoot further when I get my V2702 replacement.

Some gyros are a little more sensitive than others, which can cause problems while on the ground. Have you tried taking off sooner? How does it fly?

Yes tips even If I tried fast takeoff on flat surface. Can't get it out ground without tipping over and stripping main gears and breaking main blades. I'm not newbie flying this so I know theres a problem.

I need to perform following test.

- See if any servo gears strip
- Redo V2702 setup and check gyro reverse (My v2702 setup button damaged so waiting new one).
- Verify servo directions.

Is your gyro working in the correct direction? Sounds as if it may be reversed.

You had the stuck setup button correct? Have you opened it up? I have this rx in a 250 with the case removed. Was just thinking maybe the button on the case is stuck not the actual button on board... This could be causing your issues. If this has been covered I appologise, I just remembered your post on this...

Yep, that's the one. I decided to go with a new v2702rx, after it flipped on me twice. Sold the one with damaged setup button.

I am curious as to this this tipping issue. I have the new v2 model, and have not seen anything like what you have. I can only agree to check your gyro direction and servo travel. If everything is good there, then something must be bent, out of balance, or alignment. I did notice last week that my mainshaft and entire assembly is slightly tilted to the right while the body is square to the ground( crashes?). maybe yours is tilted enough to lift sideways and fall?

Found one reason for tipping over issue. The screw hole on one of swash is loose, therefore one of my links on blade grips was not stable. Lessons here that you must check all linkages. Replaced swash and now it looks good, but when I went to take off for a test, my stock ESC burned up and went up smoke. I am waiting for a replacement ESC now to test.

So far I have replaced wash, V2702rx and now ESC.
