Hi,
I'm using spartan quark gyro on the 425. Hover and forward flights are fine but tail does not hold well in flips and rolls. I get wag or drift. Also the tail stops are very soft and bouncy, but I suppose that is a different issue. I tried various gain settings but it doesn't help. I don't own the spartan link so the gyro parameters are factory set except the servo speed and tail endpoints. I'm using Hyperion DS20xGCD as the tail servo. What is the recommended tail servo arm length? Mine is at 11.5mm. Anything else I should tweak? cheers,

what tail servo are you useing for your gaui?

Changing the ESC's "Head speed change rate" from "High" to "Medium" fixed the tail wag issue for me. "Medium" is supposed to be the default head speed change rate for Castle ESCs. I had changed it to high sometime ago but forgot about it. That was the reason for the tail wag during flips/rolls.
