Hmmm. Flipping the arms 180 works fine! Don't need to reverse the links.
Snaps in fine with no undue stress. And hole is totally visible. I got a Longer screw in now.

How well does it fly like that?

It looks so terribly wrong. Yikes.

actually flies ok.. BUT I realized with it back in the other way.. I actually never hit the screw..

The total cyclic throw plus pitch never hits the protuding bolt so I dont care now.

I am using BEASTx

I tried flipping the arms and links but found it throws the alignment out such that the swash in now slightly out of phase. BeastX would potentially compensate but its not a good idea to have this sort of mechanical misalignment. Good job I have plenty of solder!

well that works too, but i mean unscrewing them and put the arm on with the bulge side first.

put them in mirror image, then you will see they look the same as before, but there is now

a gap in between the yoke surface and the swash driver arm.

not like you did in the pic.

i will take a pic tomorrow to show more clearly,

I just put back to normal. The total movement of my swash doesn't even hit the bolt ever.

I can still throw this bird around and never bind it up.

I put a socket head screw in mine, I did need the clearance

If I put max collective and then move around the cyclic mine hits. I didn't want to take any chances
