Trex 450 stretch head speed

I have a 450 size heli and I plan to carry a camera rig, it's a alware flycam v2 and a GoPro Hero2, I believe combined it will add around 250-300g of weight, on Monday I expect to get my boom extension and 350mm blades, my motor is 3000kv and I'm running 3s, my esc is a Castle Ice 50 and has a gov mode but I need help choosing a pinion and gov head speed. I currently have a 10,11 and 14t pinion for my motor. Please help me before Monday so I can have it programmed and ready, I'll post pics or another video when I get it setup, hopefully from my flycam stand. Any advice is always appreciated.
