You should post these kinds of questions in the forum for the heli. The Trex Nitro forum is here:
http://www.helifreak.com/forumdisplay.php?f=78

However. First it is odd you have a Nitro with the old plastic tail case. I do not recall Align ever making a Nitro version with that tail case?
But for that old plastic tail case, the pitch slider control arm is VERY close to the case. It will rub the case if you forget to put in the spacer washer between the bell crank and the arm the bell crank pivots on. It was common back then users would either forget this spacer washer or put the wrong washer there (a thinner one). If the arm is rubbing and the thick spacer washer is there then usually it was due to a warped plastic arm.

Red face Align GOV set up video

Hi Bob.
Thankyou for your vids. Excelent.
I need some help in this set up. Do you have a video or link to see how to set up these Align Gov in the T-Rex600NFBL with the 10C Futaba radio + 8 Channel Fasst Receiver?.
Thank you.

See my Trex 500 nitro conversion videos and I show how to setup the Align gov. It's not with a Futaba radio thought but the principles are the same.

I have not done a GY701 but John has:

On the GV1 setup you said it could be adjusted in the adj. travel...I can do it when I am in the programming part, but it does not seem to change if I am flying it. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong.

I have one other question.....I also have a .90 size Raptor.....where should the RPM's be for the three flight modes? I set it up like the .50, but that seems to be insanely too much RPM's.
