Nice. Did you have to modify that part or was it a "drop in" install?

It has to be modified. You have to cut down an aluminum tube tail box spacer and slide it in the pitch slider to act as a bushing to fit snug on the tail shaft. The slider links have to drilled out to 1.2mm's and the ears on the slider where the links attach have to be opened up a bit for the links to move freely. Then you will have to adjust the slider push rod to have equal piro rates. So it's a little work but this slider bearing is so precise. With this and the O-rings I have 0 play and a crisp tail. Oh, and I added Walkera flange bearings to the tai case.

meTAIL upgrades

upgraded tail case, slider, grips, bearings, and weights for the tail grips. COG is level with the stock battery, performance is awesome and no vibration at ALL!

and yes my gear is on the other side, yes my tail spins opposite from stock. no i don't notice the difference reverse spinning tail rotors make when flying. and yes it took mods to get the case to work with the 130x

You also now have leading edge control on the tail blades. I've been wondering if this hasn't been causing vibe issues due to the longer moment arm from the ball/arm to the CG of the tail blades with the stock setup and its overall SLOP. Every single heli I've ever had, except for ones with motor driven tails, had leading edge control for the tail rotor blades. Even the 450 3D which, oddly, has trailing edge control for the main blades.

I dont know the PN, parts came from random parts bin lol. I'm sure it's one of those xheli copters I've bought in the past lol.

As for leading edge control...it's actually trailing edge. The rotation is reversed because I mounted the gear on the opposite side
