I'm setting one up in my heli now and am having a time getting the servo info I need to dial into the GT5. I feel your frustration. Your cyclic servo info is listed here: http://www.ronlund.com/rcheli/HELP_SERVO_PULSE.html

Your tail servo info here: http://ldmx88.en.alibaba.com/product...rol_model.html

If you are using JR/spektrum sats, you must have DSM2s. The DSMX satelites don't work with the GT5.

I am using DSMX satellites just fine with the Gt5.1. Not sure f recent models have newer firmware or something but there is a menu setting where you have to configure what satellites you are using. I also have had it working with 1 DSMX and 1 DSM2. In this configuration I had to use the DSM2 setting. The X is backwards compatible.

I love my GT-5. The only problems I've had with mine is not fully booting sometimes. Performance is excellent though. If you don't give up on it I think you'll like it once you get it nailed down.
