The area that is close to our field that has Hotels,Resteraunts,Wallmart and pretty much anything you would need is known as Tillmans Corner, and the exit is off of I10 at exit #15 at hwy.90 I will compile a list of hotel names and phone numbers ASAP and im working with a few of them to get a deal on the price for our flyin weekend. here is a map of the area. please dont hesitate to call or email. 251-463-9320 ae995@bellsouth.com

Hey Larry! I hope I can get a Scale Fuse. For my new 450 before the Flyin. It probably want happen though, heck I cant even decide on the type of Fuse I want and maybe a four blade head

Try RC AeroDyne, they have some nice one's for the 450 and the scale heads too.

Thanks I'll check them out. I've been looking for a Scale fuse. Made out of the same material that they make Black Boxes out of, if you get my drift

So, what fuselage did you get?

I think I'm going to order the MD 500, I just need to deside blue or red. It looks pretty straight forward as to the install. I hope there's enough room for the battery.
I need to place the order ASAP so I can be ready for the Flyin.

Just remember, with the MD 500 you are going to want a 5-blade head and a three axis gyro! I have one on my "wish list"! So many helicopters/parts and so little money!

I'm so glad to hear that! I would hate to have to quit my job (as Tony says) 2 years before retirement. Looking forward to our first heli flyin and meeting you guys. This is going to be fun!
