update failure Help

I tried to update my SK540.
Installed the version 3.15 software. Then attached the SK540. It connected.
Saved the settings, and hit the update.
In that screen I choose the gyroto update (from version 3.10) to 3.15.
After a while I get an errormessage saying the update failed due to a card error.
And now the SK540 won't connect anymore.
So I can't even go back to the earlier version.

What to do?

=] there is a factory reset hack to get the unit connected again, first try uninstalling the software thro' the SK program, and reload it.

the hack should really come from SK, if you need it?

Extremely good service from the Skookum-guys!
Art made a format-utility for the LCD-fieldterminal so I could format my SK540 without PC.
We updated the LCD trough a good working SK540, and then plugged it into mine.

Now I'm back on track! And with the update to 3.15 I'll won't have taildrift I suppose.
