Spinblades out of business?

I figured I'd post here since they make asymmetrical blades that do low headspeed. I recently purchased a few sets of blades from spinblades.com but they never marked as "shipped", which is odd because they used to have elves in their warehouse that would have their items in their delivery truck no more than 5 minutes after an order was finalized.
This time, after nearly a week of giving them the benefit of a doubt I emailed them and their shop took days to respond only to claim that it "wasn't paid for" yet, which I replied with a paypal transaction ID and later dispute ID which they still didn't answer for, not even a "we're looking into it" - nada.
I'm wondering if the increased terrorism and instability over there (if I were to believe the media) has made a casualty out of this unique store. If so, how long until my mom can't get parts for her 911 Turbo...

Any thoughts?

Try calling them. From your post, it doesn't look like you have.

You can stay up late/wake up early if needed to make the call during their business hours. English is very popular in Germany, so there's a good chance you'll get someone who can help you.

I'll try that. However, case is now closed. I received my refund from Paypal since Spinblades didn't even acknowledge the claim. They did acknowledge my support email with half a sentence, which I stated above.
Fortunately there are options for 5 multiblade asymmetrical setups so I have a good excuse to dust off my 450 Little Bird project and get it off the ground.

i had a similar issue a few years ago. I paid with paypal
I bought 3 sets of spinblades 700 500 and 450 size
And after a month i asked them when I can expect them.
They told me they never recived payment
So i logged into paypal ans sent them the paypal receipt info.
They then sent my blades saying that they thought i didnt pay since I paid with my company paypal account.

In my opinion their shoppingcart/payment integration is messed up and in the stone ages.
