Weird Vibration after Align gov install

Ok, Last weekend I went out to fly my new 600. I test flew the heli a few monts ago without a gov and it worked fine. no vibrations so, I decided to upgrade to the align version.

When I got to the field, I had a friend setup the gov so when I hit mid stick in normal mode, the gov kicks in. When I switch to idle 1-2, the gov is locked on at all times.

Well, When I tried this setup, when I got to mid stick at hover, the 600 vibrated like crazy. Even when I calmed down and throttle back, there was a slight delay on the gov to bring the rpm down.

On Prog, mix1 on radio, the rate is 80% atm. I havent tried it at this setting but, before, I think it was 87%.

Any tips on this? am i missing something?
