Default Why I fly...

When I was very young, I remember going to a pet store and seeing birds. I thought: "How cool! A pet that could fly!". Parents schooled me that they don't really fly, they just flit around in cages leaping from wall to wall and perching. So much for my desire to own a bird. Still, I always wanted a flying pet. One that could soar where I told it and return on command. I'll bet a lot of you have had that dream, too.

That's why I fly. Because that's what RC is. A bird without the cage!
And: Guess what? No cage means: no cage to clean!

Except when the bird doesn't listen to your commands and makes a mess all over the pavement. And you make a mess in your pants.

^^lol! worse it can give you heart attack!

Well I fly simply to sharpen my reflexes! That's why I bought the tiniest CCPM heli around! And won't bother with bigger sizes! I also take much pleasure modding and re-designing the aerodynamic and mechanical aspects because designing full-size aircraft used to be my hobby also.
