Default head wobble and split track after rebuild.

Got me scratchin my head. Rebuilt after a crash. When i pitch it,its perfect. 13/0/-13,on both blades. When i spool up it has a bad wobble in normal, gets better in Idle 1,hardly noticeable in idle 2. But the track is off about 4-5mm. I replaced the dampeners, mainshaft, spindle, main bearings, main gear and tail gears. I dont get why i have a split track if the pitches are the same. Any ideas? Running Gaui 520 v3 mains.

head block, blade grip, or your blades are not at exactly 0 pitch mid stick.. or blades not balanced correctly

usually if a head block is bent its kind of hard to get on and off of the main shaft but you may not notice by looking at it... if a blade grip is bent you can usually tell by looking at it..
