Default mini cp shakes uncontrollably

My new mini cp shakes uncontrollably and will not take off. I have made sure theres no play in the main shaft, still shakes. Im not familiar with walkera products. Has anyone else had this problem?

Default Same issue

Hey I'm new to RC helicopters and had the same problem after I smacked it against the wall. I noticed you said there was no play on the main shaft but when you first noticed this problem was there any play? My main gear had about a millimeter of play when this was happening so I adjusted the collar down to tighten it up but that was wrong. It made the problem worse. I found out that to tighten it, I had to push the main gear back UP and ensure that the collar wasn't pressing down too tight. The problem was solved after that.

yea that was the problem, after my adjustment there was still the smallest amount of play almost unnoticeable but for some reason was still causing vibrations.
