Default whats wrong with my gyro.

well i put her in, in a knife edge from about 2 1/2 feet. nothing real major. bent flybar, mainshaft, shatered blades, and landing gear. but now that i got her fixed up and plug in my battery everything seems to work but my tail servo wont go left, only right. i thought at first it was the servo but after plugging 6 different servos in i came to think its the gyro. im using the teleebee heading hold gyro. i know its not the best but thats what i could afford at the time. so now if it is the gyro i'll get a nice new shinny 401 and S9650 combo

401 / 9650 !!!!!! Who cares what's wrong with the telebee, you're *thinking* about the 401 and 9650 which is enough reason to just GET IT!!!! YEAHHH!!!!

PS - I think I should open a hobby store with the amount of times I keep telling people to buy things around here. I love spending other people's money for them!!!!

[soapbox]

Well my GY191 has survived about 10 crashes, including the heli being run over, only cost $50 and seems to work just fine (but I am only a beginner). It holds the tail while hovering in strong gusty winds and piros snap to a stop. It also only weighs 6g instead of 120g for the 401 and mounts under the tail boom without a "thingy".

[end soapbox]

I may one day get a 401/9650 since they are a proven top performance combination, but so far I'm keeping the $240 I saved compared to that combo for spares to keep me flying. YMMV
