main gear touches heat sink

Is it normal that its doing that during mild 3d .On the bench there is about 3/32 distance between the gear on the heatsink. I have shims installed and zero up and down play in the head.
Can I just dremel a tiny bit off the heatsink?

You can adjust the heat sink a bit before tightening the screw.

Seems pretty common, that's where the white dust comes from during the first 15 flights or so.
