Default trex450SEV2 on a G3.5?

I have a Realflight G3.5. I am looking at a 450SEV2. Is there any way to install this heli on my sim? If so how difficult is this?

Download and save the file to a location you can find later.
http://www.knifeedge.com/forums/down...o=file&id=3417

Use Realflight's "Import" function from the simulation menu.

After succesful import it will be available under aircraft selection.

I have lost the Trex 450 SE V2 from the sim. When I try to reinstall it from my documents it tells me it's already in but when I try to put it in it tells me I don't have that heli. It seems I lost it from my list. It's been working for several months with no problem. If you can explain why I would be very thankful.

This is a side-effect of using G4.5. (I'm assuming you have upgraded to G4.5 and are now experiencing this?)
Temporary workaround here:

Complete fix coming soon, the guys are doing some final tweaks on the G4.5 version.

If you can't wait, Post#7 on that same link I gave above has someone else's tweak that solved the problem for them.

Credit to trexflyer02, based on what he said to do for the TRex500, I found indeed the value of Skid stiffness of 2% stopped the bouncing.

The tail wag issue goes away by reducing the gyro gain setting to 40. Until the official tweaked version for 4.5 is released the model flies well with these settings in the interim. Hope this helps.

Thanks Heli1R, that's a great suggestion.

Release of the 4.5 version of the Trex is almost here with some minor visual tweaks to take advantage of G4.5's new rendering. Stay Tuned.

Frank....
