I use Savox servos on my Atom 500. No problems in more than 100 flights. I also ordered spare parts (spare gears, horns, stickers) directly from Savox and these were delivered promptly. If ever I do another build I might consider Savox again.

EDIT:Savox servos were also well rated by VStabi in this test: http://www.vstabi.info/en/node/1485

Thanks cyclo, I have seen them used by many, just haven't seen these ones used. Do you know how well savox stands behind their products?

I would like to think they would stand behind their products real well. They have their own website where you can order parts and it also appears you can contact them from that site where you can RMA defective/problematic products: https://www.savoxusa.com/Articles.asp?ID=133

From what I have read Savox also makes servos for Align though I am not sure if this is still the case today.

Thanks cyclo, It's a toss up between the savox and the bk's. I have some time to think about it so I'm just getting all the info before I dump my cash on something. I'm leaning more towards savox because they are brushless.

Savox has been around a long time and I believe are the servos supplied with certain models of Mikado helicopters. BK is relatively new but I think they are supplied with certain models of SAB helis. You can check both those forums for more feedback about the servo reliability. The support will most likely be dependent on the dealer you buy them from.

I got my servos today and they look sweet, too bad it's going to be a while before I get to try them. I still need the ikon, receiver, satellites, esc, bec, and batteries

Great Jadal, Zero issues, super fast, and pretty damn quiet. I love these things and would definitely buy them again.

So the servos are not buzzing/humming on the bench?

Buzzing on the bench is not always something to be concerned about.
Some FBL units will make your servos do this or even twitch/drift while sitting and work 'perfect' in flight.

Also can be they are not easily finding center due to tight links or other binding.

I understand it is not a problem. Just I am trying to compare servos. For example I got Proteks (not considered to be of the best), though they don't buzz/hum on bench and no issues with these even after 200 flights (and 1 crash). In contrast I got a set of MKS (which is considered to be one of the best ), buzzing/humming all the time (both same FBL), making setting up the heli a bit noisy process (specially indoors .. However also no issues from these.
What I am trying to say that I consider "silence" as being an additional feature that is even sometimes 200USD servo does not have (MKS X8 for example). Though it is not a performance criteria i agree.

No buzzing, I just flew 2 flights and let them sit for a few listening and they are quiet.
