I placed mine mid way on provided plate and cut output wired. Tied them together and soldered heavier gauge wire and split it again right before the aluminum plate running up. to receiver.... First picture shows bec wire running on left. 2nd picture look close right before esc wires go into casing you will see heatshrink and zip ties thats bec input wires spliced in

According to the WR manual, the BEC has to be placed in a position with forced airflow. Dont see any airflow at rear position?

In my 600 pro its in the nose section with very little airflow and havent had any problems
