Default Head Assembly Problems ?

I have a Predator Gasser that was in a bad crash and the old owner installed a bran new head, it is the same head has the Radikal G30 v.2,
the only way to get this head to work right, is I have to leave out two washer on each side, if you look on page 7 of the manual it is washer 9 and 18, if I install any one of these washer the blade grips are so tight they do not rotate, did any buddy have this problem ?

What feathering spindle are you using? If it is one for a Predator it will be too short. It should be one for a Radikal V2 head.

It is a completely bran new head, but it looks like feathering spindle is too short, I need some to give me the size of the Radikal V2 spindle.

The spindle for the G30/V2 is 97mm long. How long is the one you have?

make sure the dampers are fully seated, we used to put the head from the raven's in a vise between 2 blocks of wood to squish them in.
some would trim it.
they seem to start out too fat but after a time it loosened up
