it shows you in the software if you pick the dsmx sat option for RX type
the pic on the left is for binding, pic on the right is after bound.

Thanks for the picture, But now I am more confused, there is No open ports on the ZYX, So it shows plugging into the RUDd and Ail channels.
Not big deal right now I most likely will never use just the remote style rx but just be nice to understand how it does work.

If you use sat rx there is open spots remember all 3 spots now going to the standard rx would not be used for the rx any more
iam using the beastx now on my heli but i am about to set up the zyxs in one of my planes, will show a quick set up video before i put it in

here is a real basic quick way to set up a Sat RX
obviously you can do it with everything still in the heli, was just easier to see when not installed, using loose parts instead

Hey can you check your wiring on the first post?

You wrote:
its got from right side to left
3 wire plugs in
Ail plugs into your AIl on the rx
Rud plugs into the rudder on the rx
Channel 3 your left rear servo plugs into here
Channel 2 your right rear servo plugs into here
Channel 1 your from servo (elevator) plugs into here
Channel 4 your rudder plugs into here

I thought it is:
Channel 4--rudder servo
Channel 1--Pitch servo, on the right side of the bird. From the rear
Channel 2--Aileron servo, on the left side of the bird. From the rear
Channel 3--Elevator servo, front servo.

Ive had a couple tip overs and want to make sure ive got it right. I have it different from you. I took that from the wiring thread, but yours seems to work.

That has never happened to me. I've had my cx-3x1000 for 9+ months now.. Brown out of some type maybe, or a loose connection from the ESC to the FBL unit?

yeah me to Not sure what heck going on, going try few more things.
started thead about it in the fbl section with a video
https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...10#post4098110

Well after some more reserch it seems the BEC in the esc is going out or sending spikes to the unit or something, I plugged in another esc and it working fine on the bench.
So i just ordered a external BEC will install that and hope it fixes it.

i do not have another heli esc to go on it so once again I am down a few more days man this Sucks,.

Well If it was not for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck, This heli has been a nightmare, Guess I should change out the tail servo, esc, motor then I will have replaced everything on the stupid thing.

I'd be willing to wager you have a not-so-tight-anymore capacitor solder connection
