Had my first fligth with a beastx today and found that the cyclic is slow even on extreme did anyone have same problem

Try setting it to "Transmitter"... That might speed it up a bit!

What hole are you using on the grip arms??

I am using the middle holes and it is blue when doing the setup

Have you increased the elevator and aileron endpoints/travel adjust in the radio? You can do this even if not running in "transmitter" mode. I am currently running around 120 on both elevator and aileron in an Outrage 550.

Like you mentioned....do the normal setup getting the blue light with the endpoints at 100%, then adjust the endpoints to suit your taste at field...just like you would with rudder travel to speed up or slow down piro speed.
