Default Futaba 6yg FM with Flymentor

Hi guys,

I would like to know, if an old transmiter - Futaba 6yg FM system - can be used to
fly helis with Flymentor.

Flymentor dont need the tx configuration, - the only functions is reverse and swash plate.

Reverse all tx have, but i dont know if we can mix the servos to have H1.

Can be..?

I would bet yes but I dont have it. You can test it very easily to see if it will work.
You just need to plug servos into the reciever and get it setup the where the cyclic roll(airleron) servo only moves with one stick, so if you hookup your collective, cyclic roll and cyclic pitch servos and the other 2 move when giving a pure roll(aileron) command then it is not setup right. When it is setup right the tx will always only move one servo for each command (roll, pitch, or collective) if in any single command more than one servo moves there is a problem. If you get it where only one moves per command then it will work for fm.

I just looked at the manual for that tx and see nothing about swash type..... Looks like a plane only tx which will not work on a cp heli, it would work on a fp heli but not a collective as it seem there is no way to tie the collective servo to the throttle
