Question Setup 6EX transmitter for Trex 250

hello

I have a Trex 250 with a Futaba 6ex transmitter.
I put everything together and now i must adjust the helicopter. I saw a movie about setting up a 450 clone, en trying do do the same whit my 250, he said that the servo arms need to be straight to the servo body.
When I change CH1 (Aileron) to strait, goes CH2 (elevator) and Ch6 (pitch) crooked, and I don't get it managed to set them all strait.
I only can set-up CH1, CH2, CH3: throttle CH4 (gyro redirected to rudder servo).

can someone help me how I need to do this.

and does sombody now the trotthle and pich curve setting for a biginner

greetz. edo
