4#6/v120d01 heli, upgraded parts

I have 2 4#6's with hold heading gyros, i was planning on converting one to a 120d01, i bought almost all the parts to convert it, it needs the 3 axis gyro and a main shaft and everything else is there. I would like to sell this as a lot, if i can find a buyer for the helis i will part out the remainder. The one 4#6 is stock, the other 4#6 has the extreme carbon/aluminum frame, micro heli tail assembly and pitch slider. I have tons of parts, i have the swash, blade grips, head, and link assembly to convert it to to the 120d01, I have a upgraded aluminum metal pinion gear ( gear alone was $30), i have a upgraded motor (turbo ace 005?) i have new in package 4#6 swash, 2 sets of grips, 2 main shafts, couple sets of gears, main gear, fins, tail struts, tail drive shaft, fly bar, fly bar paddles, bearings, scewrs ect tons of parts you wont need to order parts for a long time! The upgraded 4#6 needs a little tweaking, the gears do not spin smoothly, the boom may need adjusting to get the proper mesh, also the tail assembly binds a little, all the parts are new and will probably need a little tweaking and oiling to get them to move smoothly. I would like to sell bnf ( no batteries) for 275 shipped conus.
