+1 to this question, the 550e DFC canopies are super limited and love the way the new canopy looks.

Think just a matter of attaching clip and not using 2 lower holes.

The dfc canopies are a little cheaper than the 550L canopy. Imo they are more visible too.

True, but the DFC canopies are now for a legacy model, and typically newer canopies will be created for current models, with a selection of only a handful of Align brand and after market (less than a dozen from what I can find) I'm not betting any newer canopies will come out for the 550 DFC anytime soon, however am betting we will see some Canomod, Fusuno canopies for the current 550L.

I love my 550 DFC, just sad the list of wrap around canopies for this model is really limited. I cannot just change my models out for whenever a new one comes out and was hoping anyone with the new 550L and possibly a 550e or a friend with one could chime in and let us know if we have the option to have the new 550L canopies fit with the thought of most new canopies coming out for the Align 550 size would be for the current model.

yeah best bet is aftermarket canopy and order it undrilled. I've seen an undrilled Trex600 pro dfc canopy its badass too and it can fit the 550 pro dfc wraparound style.
