I don't know which FBL you use.
but why does that person ask you to trim ???, I don't know what FBL controller you have. but I don't know any who like subtrim in flight.

subtrim on FBL controller should only be done during setup mode of the FBL , trimming in flight mode will mess up your FBL setttings, because it will be seen as stick input.

He meant something else and it just came out wrong... no trimming was done. I re-leveled the swash after the flight and it now flies beautifully. In fact, here's a video of me flying it yesterday evening:
