Default Blade mCX 2 flight issues

I just got my mCX2 in and it makes a horrible racket when the wings start spinning. almost like a gear slipping between the motor and main gear. I have checked it and couldn't really see where it had been slipping off. It sounds terrible. My other issue is the backside bar on my swash plate keeps coming out the top of the frame. Im not sure if the ball links are out of wack or whats going on. If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it!

Im thinking the ball linkages are not set at the correct length. If anyone has a micro meter to read the length of the ball linkages i would greatly appreciate it!

You say you just got this heli? Is it new or a used one? Either way I'm at work right now but later when I'm home I can measure mine and let you know. You can try this tho. Make sure the heli is bound with all the TX trims centered. Check the swash for level. If its not pop off the ball links and turn them in or out and test fit by kinda holding to the balls to see if this levels the swash. This way you don't have to keep popping them on and off and running the risk of breaking one of the balls. Be aware that they pop on one direction only or they'll bind on you. In other words any adjustment you make or any turns need to be complete 360 degree or full turns. Hope this helps.
