I wish I had Digger's backyard

Here's a short clip - I only wish the onboard cam would have captured some of the colors but that vid was all washed out

Stock canopies on my 3 MTs. I mixed up the colors from Hi-Vis Decals. I swear, the yellow, orange and pink practically emit light

Great looking heli! What blades are those - did you paint them?

That battery tray looks different too. Is it a standard TT part?

Very nice heli. The aluminium tail case looks great. I may get one but am conerned it may get tail heavy?

That frame's not standard either. Although it's an original TT item (going by the serial no on the back) that 2-bolt fixing area behind the SK540 makes it look a revised item by TT.

Something odd about that battery tray too. Too far down at the front, but it's not the SE item. Looks like either a modified Pro item, or yet another revised part.

Hi there,
No its not part of the frame. This is the part which is attached to the boom when you remove it from the frame. Its a very different and larger design to the belt drive bracket.

Edit. Found part number: pv1151

Thanks Nick, that explains it. I found a pic which shows it. It all makes sense now.

Here is my Mini T. I had an artist on the internet do some artwork for the canopy for me. And yes, that is a Trex tail and skids on it. I am thinking of painting the skids yellow.

I am considering trying it again, but with black instead of red on the canopy, a more true yellow, and Getting Cali to do the decal so it will cover the black paint.

Photoshop mock up:

Thanks. I used a Trex aftermarket tail fin that was already that color. It's hard to get that bright of a color over black. But if you want to paint one, you need to use a white primer before you paint it.
