Default Learn from the MSRX?

Why is it I can push the MSRX to its limits and fly nose in, both directions and all that stuff, but not with my other birds?
What makes the MSRX much more comfortable then the others?
I was outside this morning, dead calm air, and flying the MSRX like I was a pro! Can I transfer this to my bigger birds?
Or do I need to do this daily first?

My guess is the intimidation factor. People say the bigger birds are much more stable (less twitchy). The Msrx can withstand repeated crashes with little to no damage or when its damaged the cost of repair is low.

i think that even if I could fly proficiently on the Msrx the cost of crashing something like a trex 450 would diminish my confidence quickly. I am not a good enough or rich enough pilot to have to spend 100 bucks or more everytime I crash personally....lol.

Just think about how many times you go pick up your msrx after a crash during a day...imagine if that was 100 bucks everytime?

+1 on newhelicrasher's post. I can do stuff like nose-in, side-in etc on the mSR X which I'm not ready to attempt on my CP yet. Oddly, I can do this stuff better on the mSR X than I can on the mSR, even though that is a much tamer heli.

Ive hit tree branches twice today with the bird come a crashing down. Luckily, it landed on soft ground and not even a scratch. I cant imagine doing the same thing and getting away with it, with my 250 and bigger birds.
And yes, the bigger ones scare the bejeebers out of me! I dont even want to fly my 700 yet till Ive mastered the 450, and 250. And I dont want to fly those till Ive mastered the MCPX!

I started back in this hobby after a long hiatus. I built a Schluter Superior back in the '80s. Been out of it for a long while. Then I bought my nephew an mCX for Christmas and was so enamored with it I had to have one. So I bought the mCX2. I outgrew that in a month. So I bought the Blade 450 3D RTF because it came with the DX6i. The value was very compelling. I have flown my 450 a couple of times without crashing but wanted to work on my orientations without the overhead of a complicated rebuild should I crash. So I bought the mSRX and bound it to my DX6i. I have been flying it for a month and am comfortable hovering it tail-in, sideways, some nose-in and am now moving on to some FFF.
My goal for mSRX is to become proficient at the basics and then take those skills on to the 450. In the meanwhile, I am also learning as much as I can about repair and set-up as I know that I am going to have to fix this thing when I crash it.
So my goal is to use the mSRX as a learning tool. I'm not too concerned about modding it out and solving every kind of weird flying issue it may have; just simply to work on my basics and transfer those skills to the bigger birds.
