Default assan GA250

Hello guys
As promised in the new years post i will return to flying my helis this year but i'm having a few problems along the way
so problem 1
I lost my job so not the best starts to the year so spare parts will have to wait

prob 2
So the 450 is down as the arm connected to the blade pitch blew out causing a funny crash.don't ask me how but i managed to save it with almost no damage

prob3
The 250 is causing me some problems with its giro the assan Ga250. on my lazy susan i can have it perfect and stops and works as expected, now once trying to get off the ground it wags like crazy so i back the gain down to stop the wag and i get slow spinning.so i went back to my tail setup. I disabled the giro via the gain channel on my dx6i by setting both to 50 and the tail is spot on no spinning
anyone have any idea's ive put 4 packs and keep fiddling but seem to be getting no ware

Set up the tail in rate mode first to get the pitch slider in its neutral position. Once the tail holds in rate mode then switch to AVCS(HH) mode and it should work fine.

I have had similar issues with my 250 and it turned out to be due to vibrations. Double check every part of the tail and pay extra close attention to the tailshaft.
