12fg - calibration off on each bump of the radio

Each time I bump the radio the calibration on the ail/rud stick (mode1) goes off. If i keep bumping it it jumps around and eventually returns to 0 on both ail/rud. The bumps are fairly gentle and I've had it lose calibration once during flight without any bumps to set it off.

The other stick also does this but requires a much harder bump.

Anyone know what could be causing this or any recommended fixes ?
