Default HBK2, DX7 and a GY401

Ok, so my rudder servo stopped working. And while i wait for my trex to land (over 2 months now!) i decided to install the electronics that were intended for the trex. Put HS65s on the cyclic, a GY401 and a S9650 on the tail. What a difference! Anyways, i have set it up best i can but i have a few problems that need addressing:

1. When i pitch up on the cyclic the servos move at different speeds which causes a "wave" effect.

2. Since switching on Gyro Sensing on the DX7, the heli only seems to be operating in AVCS mode. I swich the gear channel and the light on the gyro stays on.

Appreciate any help!

I can't help with the different servo speeds. Sounds like a bad servo, but I'm not sure.

Unfortunately, when using the Gyro Sens. page the gear switch is not one of the available options to operate your gyro. You are limited to using either the flight mode switch or the throttle hold switch, both of which have serious drawbacks. The easy solution is to not use the gyro sense page. Set your gyro up on channel 5 and use the gear switch to control the gyro. It works great and allows changing gyro modes without changing flight modes or going into throttle hold.

The hitec servos move opposite the stock servos. Changeup your srvo setting on the reverse menu and the swash settings.

Servo directions are ok, when i said that there is a wave effect, i meant that its quite small but noticable.
