Default 2 new mcpx - need adjustment help

I just bought two "untested" mcpx helicopters. This one is a version 1 i think and i am using a dx18 with the stock horizon dx8 file.

The heli collective is way out of whack for some reason. Before i start cranking on the servo arms i wanted to see if there is something i a missing (eg upside down grips, etc).

This picture shows full up

And this one is full down

First try to make sure the swash is level...but it looks like you need to adjust the rear servo rod about 2 full turns to get the blades to meet evenly at zero pitch

I had to come up about 13 turns and then did a relevel. It flew after that but the back servo horn on the swashplate broke. Makes me think that something is not right somewhere else.

Wow...that doesn't sound right at all...

Of course, your pics were not that great so I couldn't see much detail

Want them in great flying condition?

Shoot Me a PM and I'll get you fixed up
