Default Requirement of Spares 800 Xxtreme

Hi everyone
My logo 800 kit is arriving shortly. Needed to know generally what parts are to be ordered which should be readily available in case of a minor accident. Although seriously crashing a machine this big requires a big cache of parts, but the guys having experience of minor crashes may kindly share their views on the topic.

Regards

I would say dun bother stocking parts. More importantly at each mishap, check carefully to ensure all that need to be replaced gets procured.

I would say save money on the spares, and get a neo with rescue.

When I got an ikon with that, my crashing almost stopped and then I was stuck with a huge spares collection I'm having trouble selling (for my logo 600).

No way of predicting what you'll need.

Short of a spare kit , it's hard to tell.

At 13 ish lbs RTF , depending on how hard you go in , it's not pretty.

My last one was about $1400. I was inverted doing a slow pass by when the trans gears melted. Inverted auto style landing.

Big ticket was the YGE esc , stock mounting with tabs causes them to break off. Once broken the esc isn't worth repairing. $400+ right there.
I've since mounted it differently in hopes the mainboard wont break. Of course all bets are off when you crash.
