Most of my packs are Turnigy 6s 3600mAh and these provide more than enough power for anyone's flying style. I've cranked the headspeed up to 2400rpm and the performance was ridiculous but honestly you don't need more than 2300rpm with this heli. Most people I know say 2250rpm is the sweet spot and with that headspeed flight times of 5 mins are likely. If you're a sport flyer then you could lower the headspeed and get even longer flight times. I have one friend who cruises around for 10 mins.
How is your cg with the TP packs? Is tail weight needed? Thanks!

CG is perfect with good space for adjustment. The Pyro 700 is a good 50g lighter than the Scorpion 4035 motor. I use the Jive 80HV BEC so no need a seperate rx lipo although I do have a DC-UP fitted.

Great! Are you running 623 blades with this set up? Thanks again for the info.

Yes I have Maniac 623's. I'm thinking of trying out the new SAB 630mm blades. If you want to run 603mm blades then I'd suggest you go with 3300mAh packs to save weight. You could even drop down to a lighter motor, say a Scorpion 4025-550.

Got it! Since I have a stack of TP 3300's 65C batts for my Protos I'm thinking I'm going to start with them 1st with 603 blades and the Pyro 700-45. I'm really enjoying the light feel of the protos and running it at low head speeds for part of the flight. My guess is the logo will have similar feel. I can always change battery / motor combos later if need be. The versatility of the logo is a strong selling point for me.
