Default no customer service?

I purchased a ladybird v2 rtf for my daughters b day.it arrived on wensday and had a b4oke motor backplate.I tried for 3 days to get someone on the phone to replace it.I guess just buying another motor myself is easier.I will think twice before buying another item from x Heli.

Yes.I already ordered a new motor and fixed it but im still out close to 20 bucks for that including shipping.here is order #9458236164583-623002

What would you like to be done for the order? Since the part has been sent out I cannot have the part reimbursed. I can send you some parts to compensate for the value of the order that you made for the replacement motor.

Some parts for the ladybird v2 would be fine.just send what you think is fair.

Ok I'll have a couple parts sent out to you, I'm having another battery sent out to you, a set of blades, and a clockwise motor.
