10T to reduce head speed. 116T is considered ideal main gear by Lynx using a 10T on the stock motor.

I fly the white & silver Xtreme 500mah pack (LP2S500EF60) and redid the connector on the heli to red JST. Pricey ($20) but very good. About 4 minutes flight time. Any 450-600mah size 2 cell battery should do it (Hyperion, Pulse etc.) if fits under the canopy, maybe you too need to change the connector on the heli end.
